Return & Exchange Policy

At Looped London, we want you to love your knitwear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy makes it easy to shop with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 10–14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for a £5 return shipping fee.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided by Looped London.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Customers may also choose to receive store credit/gift cards instead of a refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–4 days of approval.

  • No restocking fees will be deducted.

4. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for size and color, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Customers can choose a replacement or a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • At this time, all items are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the conditions above.

7. Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
